Welcome to Frienzo Marketplace. By registering as a Seller, you agree to comply with the following Seller Policy. These guidelines ensure fairness, quality service, and trust between Sellers, Buyers, and our platform.

1. Registration & Approval

• Sellers must provide valid information during registration (Name, Phone, Email, Address, NID if required).

• A one-time registration fee of 1000 BDT applies, which includes initial packaging support.

• Our team reserves the right to approve, suspend, or reject any Seller application.

2. Product Listing Rules

• Only legal, authentic, and deliverable products can be listed.

• Prohibited items include illegal goods, counterfeit products, weapons, drugs, and restricted government items.

• Sellers must upload clear product images and accurate descriptions.

3. Pricing & Commission

• Sellers set their own product prices.

• The platform charges a 4% commission per successful order.

• Sellers must not intentionally list products at misleading or inflated prices.

4. Packaging & Delivery

• Sellers will receive initial packaging materials from the platform.

• Sellers are responsible for proper product packaging to avoid damages.

• Orders are delivered using partner couriers (e.g., Pathao, Paperfly).

• Delivery charges are determined by weight and location as per our Delivery Policy.

5. Payment & Settlement

• Seller earnings (after deducting commission and delivery fees) are settled weekly or bi-weekly.

• Payment will be made via bank transfer, mobile banking, or another agreed method.

• Any fraudulent transactions will result in withholding of payments.

6. Order Handling & Returns

• Sellers must confirm and prepare orders within 24 hours of placement.

• In case of returns, disputes, or complaints, Sellers must cooperate with the Buyer and Platform support team.

• Excessive returns due to poor product quality or misrepresentation may lead to penalties.

7. Fraud Prevention & Compliance

• Sellers must not engage in fake orders or false transactions.

• Platform may use fraud detection tools to verify orders.

• Non-compliance may result in account suspension.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

• Violation of Seller Policy may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal.

• Fraudulent or illegal activities will be reported to the authorities.

9. Amendments

• Frienzo and it's authority reserves the right to update or modify this Seller Policy at any time.

• Sellers will be notified of significant changes.
